Our most popular plan, this comprehensive cleaning program is perfect for families “on the go”. An
ongoing maintenance program which includes dusting of blinds, baseboards, fans and light fixtures,

removal of cobwebs, and edging of carpets to keep dust to an absolute minimum. Top to
bottom sanitation of bathrooms, detailed cleaning of kitchens plus polishing of furniture and dusting
of wall hangings and decor items make this plan a “must” for households with limited time to devote
to housekeeping. This plan includes a complimentary linen change in the Master Bedroom. (Due to
insurance restrictions for liability, we do not change upper bunkbedlinens)*Please call our office

Standard First Time Cleaning 1500-2000 square feet $140 and up
Standard First Time Cleaning 2001-2500 square feet $150 and up
Standard First Time Cleaning 2501-3000 square feet $160 and up
Standard First Time Cleaning 3101-3600 square feet $170 and up
Standard First Time Cleaning 3601-4000 square feet $200 and up
